If delivery of my order is late, whom shall I contact?
Check the Bill of Lading number released after shipment and find out if the shipment is still in stock or in transit. Don’t worry, you will receive the parcel with a slight delay which may be caused by the courier or you will be contacted in case of problems. Should a big delay occur or in case of any other incovenience, please feel free to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
I safely received the shipment but something is missing from the order. What should I do?
Just there may have been an error in handling the shipment. Send an e mail to email@example.com reporting the invoice number and the problem.
This way we can immediately investigate what happened and solve the problem. Should the missing product no longer be available, we will issue a credit note for immeditate refund of the amount.
I was not home to accept the delivery. How can I contact the courier?
Don’t worry, the courier after a first delivery releases a notification on which you will find all information to contact them and safely receive your shipment.
My parcel is damaged, what can I do?
We recommend to refuse the delivery and immediately notify the problem by sending an e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
